Almost always I would end up feeling worse after eating, as not only did it make me feel lethargic and queasy, I was disappointed in myself for doing it over an over again after vowing each time that I'd break the habit.My research uncovered how powerful a diet can be in replenishing your happiness meter. After just trying to stick to a anti-depression meal plan for 1 week I noticed I laughed more, reacted calmly to situations that would otherwise have had my face in my hands, weighed less and finally felt like there was light at the end of this dark, long tunnel. It felt like a weight had been lifted, a light had turned on, a corner turned. And the answer was in front of me and easily achievable the whole time.I wrote this book to share that same meal plan with you.
